Congratulations to our CMA+ members Alis Pharma, achieved remarkable success at the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, winning a Gold Medal for its novel technology medicine product – RegainCell. We are proud to be able to support and lay an important foundation for our member to be accomplished in the international award. CMA+ will continue to catalyze innovation and growth in technology through cooperation between industry and academia. Once again, congratulations to Alis Pharma!

RegainCell is the world’s first regenerative medicine for Sarcopenia, aiming to achieve restoring damaged or diseased tissues and organs by promoting healing process and stimulating the regeneration of cells, tissues, or other biological materials. The proof of concept is done by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) with support from the Innovation and Technology Commission by HKSAR. In addition, the assessments for preclinical studies have also been approved and achieved by CUHK and ready for IMPD for which applying an approval of clinical trials. The RegainCell technology product has been granted patents in Europe, China and Hong Kong for its extracts and IP registration in US and Taiwan.

CMA+ is a newly established “Technology Commercialisation Center” under CMA Testing, which supports the upgrading and transformation of the industrial and commercial enterprises, new product development, and technology transfer service to enhance industrial competitiveness and promote the diversified development of the local technology industry.
