Terms & Conditions about Membership Application & Facilities Usage

  1. The Corporate Applicant must be a resident of Hong Kong in accordance with the application terms and conditions and InnoLIFE or CMA+’s House Rules.
  2. Membership applications to InnoLIFE will only be processed upon receipt of a completed application form along with the required documentation.
  3. Membership admission is subject to approval by CMA+ as per InnoLIFE or CMA+’s House Rules.
  4. Upon acceptance of membership, the prevailing annual fee must be paid, which is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used as credit towards other membership types, services, or access offered by CMA+. If the annual fee, if applicable, is not paid within one month of notice, CMA+ may, at its sole discretion, cancel the membership application.
  5. Members and their guests must comply with InnoLIFE or CMA+’s House Rules.
  6. I/We declare that I/we have not been convicted of any felony or crime resulting in a criminal record under my/our name(s).
  7. I/We warrant that the information provided in this application is true and correct in every respect, and any misrepresentation of facts may result in the rejection, suspension, or termination of my application as deemed fit by CMA+.
  8. I/We confirm my/our agreement to provide the InnoLIFE or CMA+ with information for the membership application, both now and in the future, which I understand is necessary for the consideration of my application with InnoLIFE. I consent to the use of the provided information by InnoLIFE or CMA+ for the stated purposes.
  9. If my/our application is approved, I/we understand that the entrance terms and conditions (including the annual fee) will be governed by the prevailing rules at the time of approval.
  10. I/We understand that the use of facilities is governed by InnoLIFE or CMA+’s House Rules. I/We accept full responsibility for all charges and liabilities incurred through transactions with InnoLIFE or CMA+.
  11. I/We acknowledge that all individuals attending InnoLIFE or CMA+’s or CMA’s activities or accessing its facilities do so at their own risk. InnoLIFE or CMA+ or CMA shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury or fatality to members and their guests, particularly in relation to matters beyond their control.
  12. I/We also understand that all persons entering or using InnoLIFE or CMA+’s or CMA facilities are entirely responsible for their own property. InnoLIFE or CMA+ or CMA shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of such property. Each member shall fully indemnify InnoLIFE or CMA+ or CMA against any injury or loss caused to another person (including CMA+ or CMA staff) by the negligence or intent of the member or their guest(s) on InnoLIFE or CMA+ premises.
  13. I/We agree that photographs and/or videos of members and guests taken at InnoLIFE or CMA+ or CMA premises may be used by InnoLIFE or CMA+ for any purpose it deems fit in relation to InnoLIFE or CMA+, and I will inform my/our guest(s) about this, including social media and governance requirements.
  14. InnoLIFE or CMA+ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the membership application, as well as the admission process and facility usage, at any time without prior notice.
