(Privacy Data) Terms & Conditions
InnoLIFE may require you to provide personal data (as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the “Ordinance”) to CMA+ in connection with the provision of services and benefits. Failure to provide such personal data may result in CMA+ being unable to provide the relevant services or benefits. Personal data collected may be used for one or more of the following purposes:
1.a. To process and administer your application to join InnoLIFE.
1.b. To process your request for services or benefits provided by InnoLIFE or CMA+.
1.c. To provide services or benefits of InnoLIFE or CMA+.
1.d. To process billing, payment, and collection of outstanding fees.
1.e. To respond to and handle any inquiries submitted by you.
To communicate with you regarding news, notices, events, activities, or functions of InnoLIFE or CMA+.
2.a. To verify your identity in connection with any services or benefits that may be provided to you.
2.b. To disclose personal data to a third party to comply with any law, legal requirements, orders, directions, or requests from any court, authority, or government body, whether within or outside of Hong Kong.
2.c. To promote and market goods, services, and benefits, including discounts, packages, classes, programs, events, functions, partner promotions, special offers organized or provided by and/or other business associates/organizations, and solicitation of donations and contributions for charitable or non-profit purposes.
Personal data held by InnoLIFE or CMA+ will be kept confidential, but InnoLIFE or CMA+ may disclose or transfer such personal data (whether within or outside Hong Kong) for the above purposes to:
3.a. Any agent, contractor, or third-party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, marketing and research, data processing, or other services to in connection with its operation or provision of services.
3.b. Any person with your express consent.
3.c. Any other person under a duty of confidentiality to InnoLIFE or CMA+, including InnoLIFE or CMA+ staff and other business associates/organizations that have undertaken to keep such information confidential.
3.d. Any person or entity to whom InnoLIFE or CMA+ is obligated to make disclosure under the requirements of any law, rules, regulations, codes of practice, or guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities binding on CMA+ or with which CMA+ is expected to comply.
Occasionally, InnoLIFE or CMA+ may use the personal data or transfer it to other business associates/organizations for direct marketing purposes. The personal data that may be used or transferred includes the name, membership number, company name, contact details (home/office address, personal/business email address, phone number), use of services information, and demographic data held by InnoLIFE or CMA+ (as updated from time to time). InnoLIFE or CMA+ will not use or transfer the personal data for direct marketing without your consent. If you do not want the InnoLIFE or CMA+ to use or transfer your personal data for the purposes described above, you may indicate your objection by submitting a written request.
InnoLIFE or CMA+ will retain the personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Personal data that is no longer required will be securely destroyed.
InnoLIFE or CMA+ reserves the right to amend this Statement. If the InnoLIFE or CMA+ decides to use personal data in a manner different from what was stated at the time of collection, InnoLIFE or CMA+ will notify you in advance and obtain your express consent before using your personal data in this different manner.
